Miami and Other Vices
Saturday, June 14, 2008 at 8 pm.

“Miami and Other Vices” is a concert celebrating the erotic, the bawdy, and the vibrant side of life with a Latin flair, presented as only quite a queer choir can!

This is your chance to hear all-time favourites such as “Up the Ladder to the Roof” by Vincent DiMirco, and the June Toons, popular picks from Tone Cluster’s audience members, including "Poem with an Attitude" by Ottawa composer Marg Stubington.

Advance tickets are available now for $12 at After Stonewall, mother tongue books/femmes de parole, Collected Works, Wilde’s, and The Leading Note. There will be free admission for accompanied children under twelve.

A concert of remembrance for casualties of war and victims of HIV/AIDS. Special musical guests included National Arts Centre musicians Karen Donnelly (trumpet) and Marjolaine Laroche (double bass).

Queer as Folk Music

Music of Leonard Cohen, Ron Sexsmith, Connie Kaldor and others. The Ottawa Folklore Centre choir, "Folka Voca", conducted by Lee Hayes, will appear as special guests.

Third Annual Show Tune Showdown
Saturday, April 5, 2008 at 8 pm at the Bronson Centre

With celebrity judges. Teams will be competing for fame, glory and prize money.
